Walk
Walk away from the tumult
Walk into nature
Walk toward love
Walk with Him
Walk on
Walk to take in
What life can offer
Walk to return
To meaning
Walk away from the tumult
Walk into nature
Walk toward love
Walk with Him
Walk on
Walk to take in
What life can offer
Walk to return
To meaning
I #SCATTER myself
And my thoughts
So I don’t shatter myself
Or get caught
Falling into the abyss
Of one-upped ugliness
Instead I want to create
Big bold love that’s straight
To shatter hate unfurled
And scatter love about the world

Perspective
Always
Shows
Simplicity
Intersecting
Openness
Naturally
Do things good things a anonymously
If you need,
Recognize yourself,
Silently
In just your head
Then release it
Repeat
Like bathing,
This is part of
Mental hygiene
Practice regularly
– For moral cleanliness
Looking across the valley
Mist in the
Distance
Floating just below
The hilltops
Gentle winds
Change the contours
Of the view – yours
And mine
In time
For the divine
An historic meeting between Un and Kim
Each seeing how their countries fit in
The regime north on the peninsula
Has been mostly insular
Now for unity Un needs to be trim
Allow
The beauty you behold
To continue to unfold
So to shape the untold
Many
Toward a future foretold
Then a
Compassionate soul
Is the one that takes hold
“No more separation.”
Yes some reparation
Can help heal this nation
Improve the station
Of those held back
By the institutional lack
Of freedoms we (read those mostly white, who hide behind it like night)
Hold dear, but that others fear
Policies and laws make clear
Storms are gathering near
Where exponential change
Will no longer be a strange
Concept whereby
We build allies
Who will rise
Above
And grow deep
Abiding love
For the creation
Of
“No more separation.”
This was inspired by a video of a preacher who kept exhorting, “No more separation.” I like that idea.
What do you do
If the glue
That keeps society
From rampant impropriety
No longer holds
And ugliness unfolds?
You try to be kind
And use that to bind
Those in your community
To show more unity
And a future is told
Where compassion unfolds.
Deign
To complain
In fact refrain
For it strains
The brain
Bringing pain
Which rains
And stains
The plane
We wish to attain
Instead train
Your main
Thought strain
Toward positivity that pertains
To the go(o)d we can obtain
